Thank you to Tasha at The Home Depot for going the extra mile to make sure my delivery got here on time and a huge THANK YOU to the two delivery guys who were scheduled to leave my flooring materials curbside but instead had to make 3 trips to deliver 50 boxes of flooring, padding, and other stuff in 90+° weather.
The employees there are so nice. They use to have a cat, but stupid corporate got rid of her.
It's home depot. What more can be said? I love bringing my dog with.
I needed help matching a furnace filter. Nobody was there. After struggling and calling a friend, I went to the self check out. I was followed and asked if I had found everything okay. I said that I had needed help but couldn't get help. She walked back to continue her conversation with another employee about dating a guy that might not work out. Service here is a crap shoot. If a few of the helpful employees aren't there, you're on your own.
Very helpful in such a big place, I was helped right away. Tool rental Mr. Steve rocks.
This store has worst customer service ever had.ordered a door replacement and been told that some one would come and measure. Two days gone, no one showed up and when I tried to contact store, they kept me hold for 30 mins without any success . Would not do any more business with this location..
Great store. Great people. Awesome employees. Great place to shop.
