Been going there for 8 years and never had any issue. Workers who are ex-professionals are very helpful and take their time to provide you with their knowledge. As a DIY guy I appreciate their time.
I bought a solar post lantern from Home Depot for use by our walkway. It is too dim. A note on the manual says "Before returning to the store, call Hampton Bay Customer Service". So I called the number (which I had to look up on Google) and was told "We can't help you because customer support is overseas." WTF... all minor appliances are made overseas!
I am an Electrical Contractor. I do business with Home Depot all over the N.Y tri-state area. Brewster Home Depot is undoubtedly the worst store I have done business with which is unfortunate because they are only 3 miles from my shop. I purposely avoid going there as much as I can. From the top management to the cart retrievers, they are hands down the worst managed store I've been in. They need to clean house there.
My daughter and her boyfriend went to look for kitchen cabinets this afternoon- the sales people were with other customers. They waited until those people were done- then the sales people went on to the next people who came in AFTER my daughter- ignoring the fact that they had patiently waiting their turn. I find the store to be backwards and very disorganized like the rest of home depot's they do have good stuff but they truly needed to get it together and never will I ever buy another refrigerator from them !!! the people that they send to your house .... completely rude people And disturbing, The window was from 3 to 7 they did not show up until 8:30 p.m. I will travel to the Danbury Connecticut home depot 1st . At that point I might as well go to Lowe's
