I ordered an entry door and storm door on Aug 8, 2018. I was told it will take 4 to 5 weeks and installer will call you. After 6 weeks I called to inquire and was told that your storm door is here but entry door is not in yet. After a week I called again ans was told that door is in and installer will call you next day. I didn't get any call and after a day I called the manager. Shout out to DARRYL who helped me not just find the correct screws but install my new nurses’ license plates today. I thought it would be a simple installation but it proved to be so difficult because of manufacturer specification. Darryl was so patient going back & forth to install the proper hardware. So Jacqueline of Customer Service had 1 job. Instead of clarifying my question of why any extra $1100 had been charged to my debit card, that she personally charged, she decided to become condescending, sarcastic, and rude. Non of these qualities do I look for in customer service. Still ending the night without my money in my bank account.
The employees at this Home Depot are wonderful. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find what you need for your project.
