Very disappointed today to see that NONE of the associates in the equipment rental center were wearing masks *while* working with customers. Meanwhile all of the customers I saw were wearing masks, doing their part to protect the employees. To his credit, the associate I worked with put on his mask when I asked him to, but it really should have already been on.
The big bad security guy doesn’t care about legal authority such as the ADA, then went and got his manager who said the “law states” when I reminded her it wasn’t a law and then told her what the exact procedure was, she came back with “there’s no way to maintain a 6’ distance! Really? You did it before May 1! Lawyer will be contacting Home Depot
Shout out to Dave from lumber! I know we are not supposed to go out but my daughter went to look for pieces of wood so my son could continue to work on his arts and craft project. Dave went above and beyond to help her while maintaining some social distancing. Thanks Dave !! Thank you for for all your help!!
horrible customer service. went in to look for a new ceiling light spent 30 minutes in the electrical lighting section looking at product waiting for somebody to come help. in in addition to just waiting I also went to The appliance section and asked for assistance twice and was told somebody will be right there to assist me as they put a call through the overhead system however nobody ever showed up. Guess I'll be going elsewhere from now on
Apparently now I'm not only a customer, but I'm ALSO expected to do the work of an employee by ringing up my own purchases. Either pay me for doing an employee's job or give me a discount. Oh, and this Home Depot hates dogs.
Horrible customer service! I go to the paint counter and politely ask for a paint color fan wheel to pick out some colors, lady at the counter tells me no, it’ll just be to confusing for you and slams a sample sheet in my hand with 12 color samples on it. Needless to say I will never buy paint there again.
So mush to look at hard to make a choice sales associate so helpful
