the worst store that there is in service are the worst ther. the employees are a disappointment you would better to leave the market, they're the worst there is in customer service.
Asked an employee (old thin man, who walks around with a crutch) where could I find a product and he said “I have it in my house”, noticing my reaction, he said with a cynical attitude face “I’m joking”. Avoid this location as some of their male employees are clearly not trained to respect female customers.
$2,000 order gone wrong. Horrible customer experience: check that. 1 st delivery attend- washer was so damaged that delivery vendor advised to refuse it After 2hours of wait time of phone...replacement rescheduled No washer for 1 week... 2nd delivery - washer and drying installed- installation completed and team gone. While removing the protection tapes we found a new scratch. 2nd attempts on phone with Home Depot. 2 hour wait time. Was offered $93 compensation which i declined New delivery scheduled May 4th.
