Esta tarde fui a HOME DEPOT de Copans a retornar una pintura y comprar otra, y al pagar me atendió una señorita muy amable de nombre Rafaelina, que hablo en español conmigo, pero la otra cashiers al lado le recriminó que porque hablaba en español conmigo, cuando pregunté cuál era el problema me dijo que ahí no se habla español y señalándome con el brazo en alto pienso que la puerta para que me vaya. I went early in the morning and I felt that the employees didn't want to help. Been the other locations and the employees are always attent and willing to help.
We purchased our flooring with the understanding that it would be in within the 2 weeks that we purchased it. It is now going on the end of the 3rd week and still no floor. We are unhappy with not having our floor to this date. Home Depot should give their customers a more realistic time frame so they are more prepared.
OMG... can you say 1st let me say thank you to the customer service guru Mrs. Martha who answered the phone with a smile in her voice and didn't leave me on hold although the call took more than 10 min... She was so pleasant and spoke fluent English wish made my phone experience all the better.. When I arrived my part was at the counter.. even though it wasn't the one I needed.. I commend her performance and professionalism every business should be so lucky... I was in and out with what I needed in no time with a smile... Go... read more
