The place is so crowded, the parking lot is a mad house!, nobody to help the customer. Horrible experience

I went to the calle 8 HD in Miami since I have been going there for years Most of the times is difficult to find english speaking employees but in one occasion I found Maria Lacayo who not only speak English but know what I was looking for and just yesterday I went back to look for something that it was not easy to explain but Marielena knew exactly what I was looking for to fix a cage. I was extremely pleased with the help of both of these employees.
Staff was very helpful thank you for the awesome service.
Very busy store but it is a heavy duty center and has a very large selection of power tools and accessories.
