Consistently disappointed when looking for certain fasteners. If they're anything even the least bit unusual, forget about it and head across the street. *Edit, 2 years later* I've revised my rating from a 3 to a 1 as their embarrassing and unacceptable incompetence with inventory and selection of products has spread throughout the store. Kids went to the clinic this morning. So far, I was not a friend of Home Depot but my experience this morning changed my mind. Everybody was friendly, really nice to the kids and helpful. Keep it up. You'll see me again.
