Customer service is great the people are knowledgeable.
Worst customer service and products.. I bought and air compressor ridgid it last an hour and stopped working, I tried to change it for another but they won't let me even though I have my ticket. Now they charging me around 300 to fix it.. Come on..

My Home Depot faucet install "class" (that I registered for) this morning consisted of a store employee finding an employee stocking the shelves to 'walk me through' how to install a faucet. And by 'walk me through', they meant 'talk me through.' He spoke mostly with his hands (that's ok, I couldn't understand him anyway) and told me basically to follow the directions in the faucet box.
