Went in this morning to get 1 sheet of MDF. No available wood carts. not that busy, saw 3 customers in line with the only available carts. Went outside with 3 other customers to find a cart... nothing and no one to ask.. 3rd time in 2 months. Walked in to the back of wood department to find 6 carts full of scraps. I ordered vinyl plank flooring and installation for my condo in Dallas. I coordinated with the Home Depot contractor (Cooper Installation) to get my vinyl floor installation on the books. They instructed me to have all of my beds dismantled and no more than six pieces of furniture in each room. Too much fun for the youngsters! Learning how to read and follow instructions, "righty tighty, lefty loosy" with a screwdriver. The Home Depot is definately bringing up the next generation of DYI'ers!
We went in last night to get a Christmas tree and to our surprise, Mike who helped us with our tree selection last year helped us again this year. This year he went above and beyond, they had already closed the Christmas Tree area but he kindly went out and re-opened it and I got a Beautiful Noble Fir! So please please keep Mike for as long as you can, we need good people like him and tell him Thank you again from Brenda and Sid!!!

Typically harder than it should be to track someone down for assistance. There's a Lowe's right across the street.
Was there at the store I saw at least 10 employees in there phone and none of them could help me load plywood ridiculous. That was of course after I asked the cashier 3 times to call some one or he could of cane to help there was not a soul in the store . Funny same thing happened when it was time to load the truck. Same people standing around doing nothing .
