This Home Depot goes above and beyond to make kids feel special. The kids builds are wonderful and the staff is so kind.
Just had fence panels and a pallet of concrete mix delivered. I asked the driver if the pallaet of concrete could be moved to the driveway, its going to rain. No- she is on a time schedule and just waiting for next person to answer. So- I will move 10- 60lb bags of concrete individually even though you have a forklift? And why does it matter if next customer answers the phone? You are just going to drop and drive. And thanks for NOT getting out of your truck so I could hear you better over the deisel engine.
They sucked balls, acted like they didn't know their ass from a whole in the ground, and was slower than smoke off shit on a cold December morning. Should've made that $600 purchase at Lowes.
Just went to this Home Depot today to get a faucet for my new sink as The Colony did not have in stock. Bought other items also go to check out and NEVER had the problem of asking for my husbands military discount . When I asked the cashier Danequa she would not give it to him!! Said had to have some sort of ID. Spoke to store Manager Frank who was very polite and said he knows people do not carry that kind of information around anymore. The worst Home Depot in the area! The employees don't take responsibility, too busy gabbing and mouthing off to each other, and your time is not their concern. We could have pulled our own order, loaded the truck and left....but we are waiting....and waiting.....and still waiting. PS- someone needs to check the signs in the paint section. It's not 25% off OR Full Price, it should be "Off Full Price".
Typical trip to Home Depot, very helpful people and my item was easy to find. Bonus bc there was a Pro event going on: they gave me lunch, cupcakes for my kiddos, and I even won a raffle :) The staff at this store rock! It's by far my favorite location!
