The flooring department is amazing, especially Johnny and Frank. Our new flooring order started off great, but ended up with a few hiccups...these guys went above and beyond to show that they cared and valued us as a customer, surprising us by dropping off the missing pieces AND a nice Christmas wreath this evening just because!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Unable or unwilling to deal with customer complaints. Scott, the store manager, avoids all problems while the manager on duty can not fix any customer complaints. I have had to track down management only to hear they are "sorry". This particular Home Depot has lost a customer forever. But why should they care, they are making money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
