I WAS BADLY MISLED AS TO THE TIME AND PRICE OF MY RECENT ORDER FOR FLOORING. IT IS A LONG STORY, BUT BASICALLY THEY QUOTED A PRICE AND A TIME NEEDED TO INSTALL AND THE PRICE WENT UP MORE THAN 15% BECAUSE THE "NEEDED" TO LEVEL THE FLOOR AND IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION, NOT THE 4-6 HOURS i WAS TOLD.
