My husband and I were needing one box of flooring to finish our master bath. The website said The Colony had 26 boxes! So they did! Still wrapped on a pallet on the highest shelf in the back of the store! HUGE SHOUT OUT AND BIG THANK YOU TO TODD AND TIFFANI FOR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They got that forklift out and delivered it quickly, safely and with friendly attitudes and smiles!
I have been waiting 4 days to have a washer delivered. It was delivered and one side was caved in. You would think that Home Depot would be trying to quickly replace it, but they are not! The best I can hope for is a call within 48 hours to put me back on the schedule! No more Home Depot ever again for me. This is the problem with big box retail - no customer service!
Awesome service. Two days in a row! I'm redoing lots of things in our home and they helped me find nearly everything. Some stuff had the DVD including as a refresher for us DIYs!
I have never been here, but my card number was stolen, not my card itself, and these people were able to make a purchase here with MY money. I rate them at three because I have never been here, but they obviously lack card security.
Very poor customer service. I will have to rethink my store loyalty. Disappointing.
