Tried curbside pickup twice. Sit out there for 20 minutes and nothing. Have to go inside and wait in line. What’s the point of curbside?? I even saw 3 other cars waiting just as long.
This is the one i stay having the issue at and had the huge discrimination issue the other day! Not to mention several other locations have huge customer service and discriminatory issues as well. Seems to be a corporate company wide issue!
Went in to have another paint can mixed of ceiling paint and was told "We don't do that", yet you did do that 5 times in the past week. When I called for the store manager, no one showed up for 15 minutes. When I called corporate, they blew me off. I'm dumping my project materials at the front door and cancelling the charge. Way too many idiots...

Always have the best experiences at this store. Staff is present, knowledgeable and helpful. This trip was for custom paint. Great service ! Ps. If the staff isn't right on any assistance request, generally there's another shopper there with good advise and help
We overhauled our bathroom --- new wallboard, tile, fixtures --- we did it with Home Depot products from The Colony Home Depot. Great advice and guidance in our DIY! Thank you!
About two weeks ago I bought a lawnmower (being a man, I didn't read the directions) George from the lawn and serves department came over to my house after he got off work and showed me what I was doing wrong. He went above and beyond to help me! Thank you George and thank you Home Depot!
