There was no one to help with purchase. I heard these same comments from a man who was trying to get shingles like me and from three people in an incredibly slow line waiting for checkout. One guy left his card in his truck, so the cashier suspended his transaction while he left to get it, then when he finally came back in, made every other customer wait while the clerk went to another previously open line to retrieve his sale. This company has been HORRIBLE to work with they make promises and NEVER EVER HOLD TRUE!!!
I'm actually writing this after my husband said something about one of your service reps, Florence. She went above and beyond helping him get an estimate. I just wanted to say Thank You to her.
Bought a grill from there eight months ago that is still under warranty and they will not replace it because it has rust on it. They expect you to keep your grill in your house and not use it! I even have the extended warranty but it's worthless and so are the people who work there.
