I will never return to this Home Depot again. I went to Lowe's this morning, also in Mobile for lumber. They were out of some of what I needed, so I went to Home Depot to try to get the rest. After navigating the dumpster fire one way system and loading up over $200 worth of lumber, then navigating the snake trail to checkout, we proceeded to the lumber bay to load up. I don't like the way Home Depot treats their plants. They throw them in the dumpster while they are still sellable at a reduced price. They recently tossed some perennial butterfly bushes that can stand -40 degrees and are drought tolerant into the dumpster. I got a couple of them and watered them and they look great! They will bloom in the Spring. TOO BAD for the other 75 or so plants that got the dumpster. Sometimes the bottom line cannot take precedence over LIVING THINGS!!!
Home Depot doesn’t observe MLK Jr’s Birthday, they support trump, don’t pay enough, and have a computer program generate days off, which doesn’t give anyone a full weekend off EVER. They Suck!
We ordered a refrigerator online on Sunday. We were told it was in stock and would be delivered 12/20 from 2:30-4:30. It's 12/21, no refrigerator. Been told several different stories now. First told that the driver ran out of time, so it would make sense to me that it would be first delivery today. Now being told that it didn't get to the store until yesterday so there's no way we can get it until tomorrow. On hold with corporate customer service for almost 20 minutes now. I've recently been in and out of this store a lot. One employee has stood out to me. Bob in the tool rental section has helped me on multiple occasions and made sure I was safe in renting some big equipment. Thank you.
