Honestly this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Terrible experience while trying to buy an item on sale which was advertised in the store. Here's an idea if you are having a sale for a particular item have the item on the floor where people can find it! There were at least 5 listed as being in stock but nowhere to be found. After waiting 30 minutes with 3 sales associates not able to find it & basically saying there was nothing they could do we walked out. Home Depot - your delivery service is absolutely the WORST. I purchased a refrigerator from you on 11/26 and requested delivery on Saturday, December 6th. You contacted me the NIGHT BEFORE and told me my delivery was scheduled for a time frame of 2 PM - 6:30 PM. I called to reschedule because honestly, who tries to deliver appliances after dark and at dinnertime on a Saturday night? Never again. I am done with Home Depot. Worst experience ever, and I should have known better. After spending thousands of dollars (and ready to spend more), their communication from their designers and how things work, the fact that designers draw things that can't actually be ordered or aren't realistic. Rather than work with me on a discrepancy, and split a $900 difference with me, they preferred to have the whole order cancelled. Fine with me. Ready to take my business elsewhere.
How many attempted deliveries do we have to have before we actually get the washer that we ordered?
