Hello!! I'm trying to set up a workshop for my students with disabilities to come to your store. My co workers and I have called on 4 separate occasions this week trying to set that up and keep getting disconnected. We love to take our students to local businesses and was hoping we could visit you too! Please send me a message if we can arrange this.
I returned a gift, and was given store credit. Which I didn't realize theyt would not allow to be used online. Now I want to buy something that is online only and because they gave me store credit I cannot buy it. And the store cannot order it because it doesn't have an in-store SKU. So you could get better by allowing people to use the money which has been spent in your store to purchase items you SELL IN YOUR ONLINE STORE. Worst policy ever.

Nice sunrise from top parking lot. People on the floor very nice. Stuff at the contractors and online registers are rude, arrogant. Wouldn’t run my two item purchase. Until I loudly expressed my unhappiness. They were just chatting around...sad
I called at 9.52pm (8 minutes before the store closes) to ask about a particular flooring item which says online there’s one box left at this store. Micah answered my call and explained that typically when there is only one left in the system the item could be shelved on the top overhead pallet or a displayed item that is no longer exists. He said that he will still look for it but it will take him 15-20 minutes to search the item which passes the store hours.
