The employees act like the customers are bothering them. Paint Department has the most helpful employees in the store. The wait @the pro checkout was 50 minutes with only three customers in line and 5 employees in a discussion. Very poor customer service.
That you have no rating of negative 50 stars, regretfully because that is what you all deserve after holding on to my $1700 for almost 4 months without delivering on the sale. This is two evenings in a row I have been trying to call into the store and have been waiting for someone to answer the phone. Seriously, over an hour each day and still no one answers!!!!

I always know what I'm getting into when looking for specialty items... the process can be frustrating. More often than not, the staff at my various local home depot stores has been helpful. I have what should be a very simple cabinet installation project. However, they have made it next to impossible, doubting my measurements while insisting on using the incorrect measurements of their overpriced installer. I tried to work with the store to correct the order but was told I had to talk to a series if people who would each determine if my concern was worthy of escalation. Seriously? After a million visits over the years with my dog, today it was pointed out to me you are no longer dog friendly. That is sad, your over priced on a lot of things and only reason It didn't bother me was because I could bring my dog. Very disappointed
My mulch is full of termites. My mulch is full of termites. When I called customer service, the rep told me it was not in the mulch. Home Depot should pay the few hundred dollars it would take to kill them and protect my house. Horrible.
Bought a little strong box online for pick up at Home Depot store. Got it home. No keys in carton. Called HD. At 9:45 p.m. same day, here comes Home Depot truck. Nice supervisor went to a different HD store, brings us new box, and takes back the other! Now how's that for customer service!
