Just got lambasted for letting my five-year-old daughter ride on the side of a shopping cart. In my personal opinion completely inappropriate as she was yelling at me from a good 60 ft away. No offense Home Depot but I think there’s other things to worry about instead of something that we used to do as children 30 years ago.... Unless I’m missing all the children dying from falling off of shopping carts while walking down the aisle of your store... correct me if I’m wrong
Awful! I've been on the phone trying to get someone to answer for 45 minutes. Someone finally answered, said hello, and then put me back the waiting queue. Why am I calling you might wonder? To cancel an order from this store that was due to be delivered 5 days ago, was put out for delivery, and then never arrived.
RecommendedAlways has what I need , at fair prices, and employees are usually very helpful.
The worst. No one answers the phone. Rude employees. I’ll shop at Best Buy any day. So disappointing.

I am on my 19th, actual 19th attempt to call with no answer, to get a refund they owe me from blowing a delivery by a full day costing me thousands. F these people
Friendly staff....parking needs fixing and the traffic by the main entrance is a mess. be careful while walking into and out of the store.
