The plumbing aisle is a nightmare, the fittings are never in the right place, the personnel aren't knowledgeable. There aren't enough employees available to assist customers...
Worst customer service I've had. 4 different associates pointed me in 4 different directions. One woman finally showed me where it was, but did it with a bad attitude! I will not be going back!
Worst service EVER!!!!!! I ordered 2 doors (full units). I went to pick them up 2 days AFTER receiving an email telling me order was ready for pick up. I talked to a very polite associate (Francisco) who told me order was ready and I have to wait a few minutes for somebody to bring my doors. I went to buy some other things an come back after 50 minutes. NOTHING HAPPENED. Francisco print my order and went to lunch.
