I purchased a washer/dryer from here, the dryer was delivered defective. Now we have to wait 10 days to get another dryer, I bought a dryer from H.H. Gregg instead and these idiots want to charge a 15% restocking fee!!?? I don't think so, everyone we have talked to has been rude and unprofessional! Save yourself the anguish and go shop somewhere else!
Oh home depot. On principal alone you should fix the stupid lawn mower but instead I have to argue semantics with a manager. There is a recall on the gas can for the mower and he wants to try to argue the validity of my claim. It leaks enough said!!!
