I went to the store to return some products, the cashier forgot to refund part of my order. I called them to talk to a live person, its now been over 30 minutes of being on hold, on 2 different phone lines, they advertise that they are open til 10pm. but at 7:30-8:30pm even if i call other departments, no one picks up. After spending almost $1000 in misc items in the past 2 trips in 3 days, i find myself frustrated. It's only $60 that they shorted me, but its the principle of the matter. I cannot reach anyone. One of my favorite stores much better than Low's and others hardware stores
They are liars. Don't go here. Cost me my time and money.
Garbage customer service. They sell products missing parts and when you ask about it they act like they don't know anything about it. This place needs to be shut down. I've been ripped off and they plan on doing nothing about it. Don't waste your time or money.
There is always someone around to help you... love that place
