This place is a joke. Don’t ever go there if you have to order and pick up materials. If you can’t take it with you then go somewhere else or a different Home Depot.
Was treated so poorly today at this store. Always have issues when I shop here. Staff is rude and no one can ever help you with anything.
Very friendly staff who assisted me today. I was looking for stakes and he showed me where they were at and pointed me to the garden center.
The customer service was good. I had to ask for the locations of a couple of items. The staff were good. Wish they had more of a selection of tensioned curtain rods.
I went to the store to return some products, the cashier forgot to refund part of my order. I called them to talk to a live person, its now been over 30 minutes of being on hold, on 2 different phone lines, they advertise that they are open til 10pm. but at 7:30-8:30pm even if i call other departments, no one picks up. After spending almost $1000 in misc items in the past 2 trips in 3 days, i find myself frustrated. It's only $60 that they shorted me, but its the principle of the matter. I cannot reach anyone.
