Excellent service great people very customer friendly
I have had good service and success at the 2 that I use, friendly and they know what they are doing, I have never had good service at the few lowe's that I have gone too. But you can have good and bad at any store, depending on your situation. Coming from up north, you just can't beat Menards. :)
We went in to buy a new frig an left w/ all new appliances, our sales guy was Larry. He was awesome, very informative and friendly. Knew answers to all our questions @ really made us feel like we made a good desicion @ also got a good deal. It's the people that make the store @ Larry definitely is an asset to the HD team. I remodel my kitchen and from the start I had problems. I ordered my cabinets they came more than half were damaged and had to be sent back. Which meant I had no kitchen for almost three weeks longer. The customer service there is horrible expecially at the customer service desk. I've even tried to make a pre-order that didn't work out. At this point next project I do I will drive the extra couple minutes to go to Lowes. I even called corporate nothing was resolved. All that was looking for was a sincere apology.
