Im posting this from a friend of mine that just left Hagerstown store. Losing business if you can't fix issue fast. No more buying from Home Depot. There was a new boy at the register, didn't know how to do tax exempt, I walked him through it. Then we're loading 2+4s and they close the bay door and no one helps to load. 4 people at the lumber end and no one helping anyone load stuff.
I've been to many Home Depot's both in Hagerstown and in Baltimore, Maryland, and I have to say every single Home Depot store that I have been at has SUPER helpful, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer! Shout out to the Hagerstown Home Depot for going above and beyond of service in helping move my fridge into my townhouse as well! This is by far the greediest store I have ever in my life been to. I would have given them a zero rating or a negative rating if I had that option. We went in to buy a water heater and find out that they charge so much to install the damn thing that they are scared to tell you how much. If you value your money do NOT shop at Home Depot. They want too much money for nowhere near enough service. It's time for Home Depot to go.
My fiance and I visited the store last night to buy a new washer and dryer. We were helped by Rob Rice in appliances. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs - even escorting us up to the customer service desk. Thank you for the fantastic customer service!
