Bought a GE refrigerator here. Within a few weeks it started making noise, freezer stopped, then the entire fridge stopped working. Took a week for repairman. Compressor needs to be replaced on a BRAND NEW appliance. I spoke to assistant manager because she did not know when Tony, the store manager would be in. I want a new fridge. We have a 5 year warranty which is worthless. This was delivered May 3rd...still not working today. DO NOT buy from this store!
I have been 4 and a half hours trying to fix their issues with my appliances and have no resolution...no plan...no accountability...no help....no appliances.....
Just left the store...again...because there are two employees helping the same customer for an extended period of time...no time to forklift load my pallets into the truck...and no others to be found or to be called down to help. Then, the one standing around gave the cashier attitude when she asked him to help the customer in front of me...I’m not super picky, but people should know people are always watching and expecting reasonable effort and good customer service.

My son has son has done two of the wood working Work shops so far and loves them!
Finally decided on the utility trailer that I wanted to buy. It's at Home Depot in hagerstown.... walk up to the counter and tell the lady I want to buy the trailer. Apparently, home Depot sells trailers that people can't buy because only one person can sign the paperwork for the tag and title.
