I have been 4 and a half hours trying to fix their issues with my appliances and have no resolution...no plan...no accountability...no help....no appliances.....
Just left the store...again...because there are two employees helping the same customer for an extended period of time...no time to forklift load my pallets into the truck...and no others to be found or to be called down to help. Then, the one standing around gave the cashier attitude when she asked him to help the customer in front of me...I’m not super picky, but people should know people are always watching and expecting reasonable effort and good customer service.

My son has son has done two of the wood working Work shops so far and loves them!
Finally decided on the utility trailer that I wanted to buy. It's at Home Depot in hagerstown.... walk up to the counter and tell the lady I want to buy the trailer. Apparently, home Depot sells trailers that people can't buy because only one person can sign the paperwork for the tag and title. Im posting this from a friend of mine that just left Hagerstown store. Losing business if you can't fix issue fast. No more buying from Home Depot. There was a new boy at the register, didn't know how to do tax exempt, I walked him through it. Then we're loading 2+4s and they close the bay door and no one helps to load. 4 people at the lumber end and no one helping anyone load stuff.
