ok store this store is not the first place we go for home improvement materials. they always have merchandise piled up in the aisles so it is very difficult to get through. you can never find a sales person. prices are ok. i prefer lowes.
kitchen makeover happy with the knowledge of the salespersons. they are very friendly and seem to want to help you find a product. good selection.

#HOMEDEPOT FAIL! I went to the Hagerstown Home Depot this evening to purchase a new washing machine. After looking around for someone to help me (10 mins) the gentleman working or should I say sitting on his phone with a female employee got up from the rug and flooring section. Customers are not wearing face covering. I felt unsafe and left the store
I ordered a 24' x 100' 6-mil roll of CLEAR plastic (sku 1000065475) Even shows a picture of clear plastic that you can see through covering a pile of stuff in the listing. They sent solid gray that does not let ANY light through. I need this for a green house. So, I took it to the local store in Hagerstown and politely tried to return it and re-order the right stuff. Will not answer the phone, will not allow returns, will not stand behind the poor quality merchandise they sell. I regret buying a mircowave oven from this uncaring store and this sub-standard company. Lowes and Amazon will have all of my business from now on.
