Extremely disappointed. I have wasted 3 trips from Greencastle to Hagerstown for a gallon of semi transparent stain (needs to be applied when no rain is in the forecast). I came to the Hagerstown store on Tuesday to be told 24 were being delivered on the truck Friday, go back Friday was told the shipment didn’t come in but would be in Saturday come back today to find the shipment didn’t come again.... I will now take my business else where.
I ordered 2 small items online for pickup. I've done this alot lately. most stores have had my order ready within 30 mins. going on 4 and a half hours and still not ready. will not use this again. ridiculous !
We ordered a rototiller online - a $600 item and then $100 to ship it. It was delivered today- it was the wrong product. They took it upon themselves to send a $300 product instead because they didn’t have the one we ordered. When I called in they told me I had to drove 1.5 hours to the store to have it taken care of. After 2.5 hours on the phone they said they’d try to find the product we ordered but probably couldn’t and would “get back to me”. This is AWFUL customer service. Special order was notified it was in. We waited over an hour for it. They kept telling us they located it. We still waited. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this to anyone.
compared to Lowe's they to high..Wasn't happy with inventory didn't have the width pine board s I was looking for..Do you're self a favor shop at Lowe's
Thank you for the kids workshop! That was really sweet! We will definitely do it again!!! This makes me have warm fuzzies for Home Depot and will go to your store for household needs!
Bought a GE refrigerator here. Within a few weeks it started making noise, freezer stopped, then the entire fridge stopped working. Took a week for repairman. Compressor needs to be replaced on a BRAND NEW appliance. I spoke to assistant manager because she did not know when Tony, the store manager would be in. I want a new fridge. We have a 5 year warranty which is worthless. This was delivered May 3rd...still not working today. DO NOT buy from this store!
