Was there for black Friday sales. Was somewhat organized good customer service and helpful workers.
Poor store .. no one knows where anything is at ... or they are trained to send you on a wild goose chase , I mean I guess I could use excercise lol. But by the time you finally find what you came for they don't have what you need and then you try to pick the next best thing and when you get the register they won't honor Military discount :/ ... I shoulda just kept driving and went to Lowes ��
Watched a gentleman ask for a flat bed cart and be told to "go get it yourself" and then, when he approached a manager, get told "well, maybe he was busy" or some such nonsense. I asked for help and the young lady who was DOING NOTHING but leaning over the counter in the plant section called for help rather than helping me herself. Not surprisingly, no one showed up. We had problems with the paint we bought and the lady at the paint department named Dee was very helpful. She did everything she could to help get us the right color. We came back to buy another color because the color we had wasn't working out so she gave us a discount to help us because of all the trips we made. It wasn't her fault so she could have just said sorry there's nothing we can do but she went out of her way to make our experience a great one. Dee is what customer service is all about. Brought my son to the kids workshop and was turned away because of his age, he has done over six kids workshops already with the assistance of his parents. He cries for ten minutes after since he was so excited to build today. Very dissapointed in how we were treated!
I spent well over $2000 with the new house my fiancé and I bought and I'm very pleased with the service I get. Maybe they did improve, but they do need to put up cameras around the parking lot... that's about it
