I was at your store today and I asked to different employees where I can find faucet freeze caps and both sent me to two different parts of the store and no freeze caps your employees have no clue they need to be retrained I went to Lowe’s and I asked the employee for the caps and she actually took the time to show me where they were at Lowe’s will always have my business
The free children's craft shop is a tremendous blessing. It gives my son and I wonderful memories and valuable life skills.

WORST FLOORING EXPERIENCE EVER. prepaid for floor and installation after waiting 3 weeks for product, home depot waited 3 days once product in to call us for delivery ..this delayed installation availability by another week. they finally arrive to do floor, cut up carpet and remove and concrete has a few spots where uneven..no problem. however they want to charge us to pour concrete on all of floor vs spots. now installers have cancelled and do not have availability for TWENTY DAYS. meanwhile my carpet is cut up and furnitur... read more
There is never anyone available to help! Had to page someone 3 x’s to get help!
Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Home Depot. We bought 3 major appliances for our new home. The wrong refrigerator was ordered... I specifically ordered counter depth and triple checked with the associate. He assured me it had been ordered. It wasn't. We ordered a washer and dryer. The night they were delivered, I tried to dry clothes and it made the most awful noise...metal on metal. We called the next morning (24 hours after they were delivered). love the service, the employees are very friendly had a manager named Hilmar and his staff that went out 9f their way to help us find everything we needed and when they didn't have the answers they found it.
