This Home Depot is not veteran friendly. I will not ever shop this store again. One clerk was about to give us our well deserved discount on items that we were not purchasing on sale and some other clerk runs over and yells at her like she was committing a crime. My husband and I don’t usually ask for a veterans discount any where else, but we spend 100s of dollars each month at Home Depot. I now will only shop at my store or go to Lowe’s.

Today, my husband started down aisle 58 in the Garden Center, but quickly realized it would be challenging to navigate with the big orange cart we planned to use to carry landscape timbers to check out. He started to back out of the aisle and the cart caught the edge of a box that was protruding into the aisle space, which caused a bottle sitting on that box to fall over, and it’s lid to pop off.... which splashed muriatic acid into my husband’s eye. I do not recommend Home Depot Lumber delivery unless you select the lumber yourself. I quality of the lumber selected and delivered for my job was horrible. If I had had the time to return everything that should have been returned I would have returned over half of what was delivered. As it was I had to return all but 1 2x4x8 delivered and lost over half a day of work on redesign and cutting out/reinforcement of bad lumber.
Definitely go to the Home Depot at Agora Parkway and steer clear of the Home Depot in Windcrest! Their service STINKS right along with Kevin Ball, Manager in Charge. Awful customer service from Garden Center staff and Kevin, Mgr. I would rather take a trip to Agora Parkway store any day. Thank you all for always providing great service!!!
Thank you so much for your customer return dept. Today I had to visit your store at 10:00. A man and ladies in this dept helped me open a can of pvc pipe cement. By using this before this little can just doesn’t want to open. They all stepped in and opened it for me, thank you our Home Depot in the forum Selma, Texas a customer forever. They are only letting in 100 people at a time and if you want to argue there’s a armed guard at the door......Lisa Hoopes
Horrible experience. No one was in the kitchen section on a Saturday evening. I walked around till I found an associate watching videos at a desk who pages another associate to help me but after 20 mins they never came. Won’t be back again!
