Now Jessica is having a Home Depot problem. She got a floor model frig, delivered to garage this morning, saying someone else will install, now telling her they don't install floor models. � She still needs to get it in the house Home Depot!
We have made 3 trips to try to get tile for our floors with no luck and the installer will be at my house in the morning.we have waited an hour, 20 minutes of that was waiting for the Mgr. Going to Lowe's.

Came in to purchase a Milwaukee tool that cost $299. I see they have a special if you buy a Milwaukee tool bag kit for $249 you get a free battery, I asked politely since I would be spending $50 more could I get the free battery with my purchase. The guy said no so I asked if he could get a manager because I know they can do it if they wanted to. I am a OIFII combat veteran from the US Army with an honorable discharge and now on disability. I'm tired of arguing with your damn inexperienced staff about the military discount. It's not the dollar amount, it's about the lack of respect. I carry my expired military ID along with my VA card yet I'm denied a discount over a fresh soldier out of basic training.
