I waited at customer service desk for at least 5 minutes while employees ignored me. Awful customer service.
i was there with my sis getting plumming other stuff when needed help Shawn that works there went beyound his duty he got everything we needed went everywhere with us to make sure we got everthing . i want to thank him again was there from 7pm - 8:30pm today...
I always end up loading my own shit..... Either because no one is available or seem to be adhering to company protocol on Anus level capable of only watch everyone do what they were hired for
loading zone is not a parking lot, if so take down the sign...also watch a elderly man load his truck while employees stood there and did nothing.
Excellent, No Worries... Got right on what I came to pick up, and y'all were very busy.
All the lumber carts were be used by employees. Not available for the customers.
Was there yesterday and purchased 40 cinder blocks amongst other items and no one was available to help load the truck.
