Still waiting on a special order door that should have been delivered in three weeks. Its been 2 months now.
I have been waiting since the 3rd week of Sept for my lockdown flooring and carpet to be put down in my kitchen and hallway, they brought the lock down flooring a week ago today and it's still laying in my living room and have yet to hear from the installer and he has my carpet. Not only has it taken them 8 weeks to get it they have been paid in full for it. I think this is my last purchase at Home Depot in Barboursville WV
Home Depot have better customer service I'm being in lowe's there isn't customer services there
Think I will give my business to Lowe's from now on. Its a bunch of crap that they will give military personnel a 10% discount but will not give it to us veterans! I spend a lot of money here but not anymore! I served my time and I deserve the same treatment as active duty personnel. I hope you lose more veterans from this to Lowe's.
