5 stars We were there for the monthly kids build and had a great time. The associate Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He helped us get our milestone pin. Even Santa showed up.
Customer service is horrible. They consider watching their elderly customers do the work to be a ”helping hand.” PATHETIC.
Worst experience from any big box store in the entire corporation!! It’s really sad . I have been here since 8:00 am and am still waiting on my materials .
Bought a year warranty. Tried to exchange the broken tool within the year and said that it doesn’t matter. It’s past the 90 day warranty.....that’s why I bought a year warranty! Place is a joke.
very good customer service and great products
Purchased a shed, had it installed. Could not get company out to re-level the building. Supposed to have a 5 year warranty, but we were forced to pay 150$. Worked for 4 MONTHS to get this taken care of... on month 5, they called to tell us ‘we don’t know when we will be able to get to you, therefore we are refunding your money’. So much for warranty and so much for customer service... you’d think after spending 8 GRAND on building and installation they’d be more concerned with keeping a customer and keeping their word!! #dis... read more
Came in to swap out a tool and just got attitude from the customer service depart before I even said a word. I tried to be super nice and cheery and the ladies wanted nothing to do with me. I work retail as well, and this is terrible service. I go to HD for Ryobi days, from now on, that is all I will go there for.
Very helpful employees!!! As Im new to any type of home improvement its really great to get helpful hints.
