The absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had in retail. Rude staff and the store is a mess.
Worst experience buying tile. Bought & paid for at Barboursville location. Picked up at Teays Valley location. Got home after an hour (plus) drive to find they had loaded the wrong tile. After having unloaded & reloaded 8 -45 lb boxes returned to be told the tile wasn't on my receipt! Well duh.... You scanned right tile but loaded wrong tile -so NO it wasn't on my receipt! After inconvenience of having to drive back & return was not offered any compensation for time/gas/ aggravation! How about even a nice discount coupon....... read more
Terrible staff unprofessional. Goofed my order up very much. Don't respect veterans at all.
Better off going to Lowe's. Their more concerned with putting you on hold instead of answering your question. Called Lowe's and had my price quote in 30 seconds. Home Depot doesn't need my money I guess.
