Love bringing SOPHIA here first Saturday of the month for Craft day
Quality of materials has deteriorated in the past 3 years or so. Bought a lav repair kit (the only one) and it didn't do the job. I'm going to seek elsewhere to buy my building materials and for all-purpose needs.
Mike was a big help gathering parts for my Arts and crafts project.
I bought a mower here in late April and used it 3 times maybe 45 minutes and at about 60 days old it would not start. I attempted to exchange it for another of the same type and they said that they could not but they could send it out for repair. I complained about this to the manager and she would not do anything but offer me another at half price. I needed to mow so got the second mowe and complained to corporate who did nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of Staff training. Went here tonight to buy the wink system and associated equipment. Not a single person in the store knew anything about their products or even where to locate them!
