They suck!!! I've ordered stuff for the third time now and they keep sending the wrong stuff...no one cares about customer service anymore!!!
Went in to purchase cement to make stepping stones with hand prints in them. I asked the gentleman that was working in that section which cement would work best and that I wanted a smooth surface. I specifically stated that I didn't want any small rocks or stones. He picked the cement and even put it in my cart. Got home, my son mixed the cement for me. It was full of stones. You can't see my grandsons hand prints at all. If he wasn't sure, he should have asked someone.
Very disappointed in the lack of ability from the workers at Home Depot. I went in for a plumbing item, and 5 people had no idea what I needed. Thankfully a bit of critical thinking on my part enabled me to find my items. Then asking the person in the isle if I had found the correct part, was once again appalled at "I have no idea what that is or used for". We brought a grill in June 2017 and we went to go and turn it on this weekend and it would not work. We called the grill company and they told us to bring it back to the store. We did and the person at the desk said we could not return it because it was past the90 Days, but then the manager got involved at exchanged our old grill for the same one. Thank you!!
People I want you all to know do not buy an Amana washing machine from home depot ! It has not worked since it has been brought in to the house ! We have had two service men come out to the house and the washer still doesn't work ! The service people at home depot give you the run around as much as the whirlpool people ! 400.00 wasted on a brand new washer ! And so much for the 3year service plan ! I suggest if you plan to buy an appliance go elsewhere ! So discussed in Charles Town !

I would have given zero stars if we could! This is by far the worst place to deal with. The customer service is by far the worst that I’ve ever experienced. Today was the final straw, I will not be returning to your store as a Jefferson County resident - I’ll take my business elsewhere moving forward.
The young woman in the door section was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I think her name was Rebecca or Rachael.
