The store is clearly understaffed. I had to wait for everything
Couldn't find any one to help an when I did they were useless
They messed up our order for a washer. Order not linked with the payment. Talked with three separate people before problem was figured out. Not dealing with them again.
Great day doing the building with granddaughter, and wonderful shopping experience..
They actually helped me load the lumber onto my trailer. I'm not used to that kind of help when I go to the blue store.
I bought paint yesterday. I got home and it was like cottage cheese. I shook it and stirred it. I couldn't do anything with it. It wouldn't even stick to my damn walls. I took ot back today to get an exchange. The women from the paint area is telling me that she cant even do anything with it. Or sell it. I'm like why would you try to sell that anyways.
