Totally pathetic if you're a contractor you're screwed covid 19 has made it unbearabl to do business if you get there at 8 you may get in the door at 9 If you forget something or you need to add on to your purchase don't try to go back in the middle of the day it's hopeless They should have some sort of concession for contractors trying to stay in business You shouldn't be maxing at customers that are buying plants and potting soil versus somebody buying 200 sheets of plywood
worst customer service in the industry. can't meet a delivery date even given an extra 10 days. can't respond to emails, phone calls. doesn't answer phones. then claims orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours or placement. terrible service.
So far they have failed to deliver my kitchen cabinets on 3 delivery dates. No contact from customer service, corporate, site manager or anyone. No one has an explanation why these delivery’s keep getting missed, just “we will definitely be there tomorrow, and they don’t come”. They do not gaf about your project or timetable. They have been holding my cabinets for over a month now and refuse to even talk to me about it.
went to buy a dryer and they did not have it in stock. asked if I could have the floor model. mind you prepared to pay full price and not ask for any money off. they would not sell me the floor model either. lowes here I come.

hetheading to Lowe's to buy a microwave oven. The first employee told us to move instead of asking politely. The others ignored us while singing loudly as they walked away with an empty box. After 30 minutes of wasted time we decided Lowe's was the best and cheaper option! Thanks for crappy service!!!
My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!
I like how close they are but regarding Veterans discount: only will give it on veterans holidays or you need a ID saying you’re a disabled veteran. Lowe’s gives veteran discount everyday. So unless it’s something I need in an emergency. I will not be back. To Corporate Home Depot: you are losing a lot of business by playing these games. You already have a reputation for being disorganized and hiring inexperienced personnel; you would think y’all would get your act together.
