Home Depot had lost my business when we first moved here in 2003 for bad customer service and then again recently for a similar occurrence. Until I went back up there and talked to a manager named Charmaign (Charm for short). She has won my business back. She has treated me me with nothing but respect and courtesy and given excellent customer service. I have to say I am now a Home Depot Girl.
They are the most helpful store of it's kind I love all the people I have had any contact with
