What a joke. We paid in full for a dishwasher over three weeks ago and they have delivered 2 damaged dishwashers in that time. The most recent dishwasher was functional but they won't install it until they can bring a replacement. This is pathetic
We can NEVER find anyone to help us at this Home Depot. After 30 minutes of looking and not willing to wait for the 10 people to finish checking out at the service desk we left. Too bad, we were going to order flooring. They need to hire more people to work after 5 pm when people have finished work and are trying to do things around their homes. Just makes me sad.
I love the people I am working with and the Associates in the Store we are a big Family

I love this store and the people who work here but I bought a samsung washer there and it tore up in less than 10 months and the manufacturer is denying that it is still under the 1 year warranty. Now my wife and six kids have to be without a washer for a week while paperwork is sorted. When we do get it fixed, it will take a month to catch up on a week of laundry for 8 people!
