WORST purchase experience I've ever had. different employees saying they can't do things that people there can but apparently they won't ask for help and a total run around on failed promises and false information. never again will they get my business and I'm cancelling current orders that were in transit. 2 weeks of complete BS and I walked when the manager had the gumption to tell me he was doing me a favor by honoring the original sale price. gee, thanks, I'll use my money and time elsewhere
They need to inforce employee mask wearing covering mouth and nose. They need to work with the local government to set up mandatory mask wearing for customers. PLEASE!
better service... I went to Home Depot today and they've got me going around and around for two hours and nobody wants to help you everybody just ignore you and they just treat you like they don't care
Good hardware store and good place to get garden stuff
Short version. After spending 7k on appliances and install the 280 store basically shewed me on my way after I complained about an install on a $3500 oven wall unit. Their installer trashed my kitchen and yes called me an idiot. What did the assistant store manager do? Ask me what I wanted and proceeded to tell me they have never had any complaints about installer known as Professor Plum. Even HD corporate office had a good laugh about that. Normally I have good customer service with this location. I went in to purchase a sheet of plywood (4’x8’) and needed it ripped in 3-1/2” rips. Austin in lumber was the associate who attempted to help me. He said “smallest rip we can do is 6”.” Ok.... so what’s the biggest rip you can do? Rip it 44-1/2” and give me my drop now repeat this until your down to a remaining length of 6”, very incompetent.
