......so, 8 days ago I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot. Installation was to occur today between 11:00 AM and 3:00 Pm with the promise of a 30 minute call beforehand to confirm. SO ...it's 6:30 Pm now...no phone call, no delivery, no dishwasher. After 3 calls out to Home Depot's delivery service company, they could never get the crew to call me. And now they want me to wait 10 more days if I dare ask to reschedule - and this is AFTER I explained how disruptive this all is to the patient and to me as a dementia caregiver..... read more
Had a friend denied his Vetetans discount at this store on Lakeline Blvd in Austin TX. What a shame...will not shop at this store & will pass this on to others I know who shop in Austin.

Worst experience ever. Our home was broken into so we asked for a quote on a door. Over two weeks later, the quote was inaccurate and the company that they used would not set an appointment. I had to call them 3 times. What a mess. They also said it would take a week and a half after finalization of the order to install the door. It is an instock door. Very poor customer service.
I just want my paint to match the swatch. 45 mins...paint is still white.
