I came for some screws. They have screws up the wazoos. This fact has both positives and negatives. It's positive that given all these choices, they surely will have what you need. It's negative that given all these choices, overwhelm will set in. After returning home, I realized I got the wrong screws, so I thought I could return them and then buy the right ones. Customer services continues to be disappointing, employee was assisting someone, waiting my turn for 10 minutes, he finished they both walk away separate directions, I waited another 10 minutes, not a single employee asked if I needed assistance. Heading to Lowes.

Horrible customer service! I’m at 7:45am to purchase a toilet. Lucky to find a willing employee to load the toilet onto a cart from the shelf. He didn’t offer to wheel it up front for me. Go to pay and asked if I could get help loading it into my truck and was told “no because we don’t have anyone to load until noon”. This isn’t the first time I’ve received a lack of customer service. I won’t ever know if it improves cause I’ll never go back.
Beyond belief BAD SERVICE between the store AND from the online store. Worst experience I have ever had in my life! The store people outright lie about the orders & what can be done. 55 days and still no toilet and they want me to contact online and place the order again just like none of the 4 broken and one missing toilet and the 55 days of dealing with them never happened.
