I have a very good experience in the Paint Department tonight with Donny. I needed paint that matched the yellow of a highlighter (RGB (207, 242, 4) or #CFF204). I brought in all the types and color numbers that I could find. Donny listened to what was needed, questioned whether it could be done, but did it. He spent 45 minutes looking and coming up with alternatives, listening to my crazy ideas and got it done. Will NEVER shop this store again! False advertising and poor inadequate management of the store
Just wanted to tell you about a Home Depot experience I just had. Picked up 7 12 foot boards asked the guys at our Home Depot if they could tie them to my roof rack. 2 guys said that it would scratch the roof and so they jumped in their personal truck and delivered them to my house. I only spent $80 and they made me feel like I spent $8000 by the service they provided. A big shout out to Pflugerville HD.
I was just at your Home Depot where I bought six 40-lb. bags of salt for my water softener. A nice young man (are you sure you're old enough to be working?) loaded it into my car. I joked with him saying, "Now I need you to come home with me and haul it into the garage!" He responded, "Seriously, if you don't mind having it in your car until I get off work, I'd be happy to come and put it in your garage." WHAT??? #oldladybenefits #restoringfaithinhumanity
