For the most part the store does well following the Covid guidelines but a lesson to employees about the proper way to wear a face mask would be great. The store should also do better about customers wearing face masks. There were too many shoppers not wearing masks.
RecommendedAll things considered with this virus and rioting nonsense, Home Depot is doing a good job!
So disappointed in today's Home Depot experience! Horrible customer service from Terry in Tool Rentals. He was rude, curt and insensitive, both in a phone call prior to coming on site for a van rental and, also, on-site when I arrived for the pick-up. Unhelpful, talked down to me, and finally just ignored me. Disappointed in his complete disregard for customer service skills. I thought Home Depot had higher standards than this.

Wow, who set up the corona for Home Depot? What a mess! Not well set up! Did not think that through! No shade, no water! Why are the plants not all inside? That is foolish!
I was in here this morning about 9:30 am and was really surprised that the employees were so eager to get right up on me in my space. I understand helping someone but I held my phone out so they could see what I was looking for. when at the register(two employees standing literally shoulder to shoulder)and both again were so up in my space and one woman even took my phone out of my hand when I held it up to show her the product I was questioning the price of.
