Bought a Samsung fridge. Slow sales process and not enough staff. Turns out Samsung fridges have noisy compressors. Service doesn't want to make it right because it's a POOR DESIGN. NEVER AGAIN!
Hard to find any help. Went to lumber for a few questions, nobody. Went to plumbing for a central vac idea. Nobody. Went to electrical for a garage project. Nobody. Went to tools to inquire about brad nailers. Nobody. Now in kitchen and bath for cabinets. Nobody. Last time I ever go to Home Depot ever! And my wife and I spend A LOT of money on home projects! I'm writing corporate about the consistent horrible experiences. I spend more time looking for associates than I do on actually constructing the project. Urgggg!
Got help with the problem. Got the right part and saved ourselves a trip thanks to an employee who went the extra mile to work on a plumbing part.
This place is full of IDIOTS!! Not to mention you have to dig and dig and dig some more to find good half straight pieces of wood. I'm all DONE shopping at this SHITTY store. HOME DEPOT SUCKS!!
I will never shop at Home Depot. My wife Placed a refrigerator order with the Queen Creek store that was to be shipped from a manufacturer and Home Depot was unable to place the order with the manufacturer. Queen Creek store staff never called us as promised to inform us about the status of our order Their IT department could not fix an order issue for 5 business days. Cancelled the order and took our business to Best Buy, who delivered in 2 days.
